We will arrange a viewing at a time to suit.
Register with unilet stating what accommodation you require - our system will store this information and automatically email you new properties details as and when they become available (we will not pass your points of contact onto any third party or use them for unsolicited mailings).
Over 50% of our tenants have never rented a property before - if you have any questions or are unsure about the legalities please contact us to discuss any point of our service and how we may be able to help.
Application Form
When you find a suitable property all Tenants over the age of eighteen are asked to fill in our Application Form.
We will ask each Applicant to pay an Administration Fee of £35.00. This is the fee charged by unilet for administering references etc, and only when the fee is received can the process of taking references begin.
Should the Landlord decide not to proceed with the rental then this Fee will be returned to you.
However should you decide that you no longer wish to proceed with the proposed tenancy or if your References are not suitable then the Fee is non-returnable.
